In the year 2015 more than 54% around 54 million of death was caused due to diseases. Around half of the population of the world is suffering from diseases and that leads to death.

A heart attack is the main cause of death in the world and heart attack also top the list. In the year 2015, nearly 15 million of death was caused by heart attack.These diseases are the most common diseases that cause much death in past 15 years.

Chronic disease is also the most deadly disease after the heart problems.Chronic disease also caused 3.2 million deaths in the year 2015, while lung cancers lower the list that causes only 1.7 million diabetes is also the topmost disease that caused 1.6 million died in the year 2015.

One thing that is too common nowadays is a communicable disease.The disease that top the list is lower respiratory infections that caused nearly 3.2 million deaths and its become the most deadly disease.

Tuberculosis is the main disease that caused many deaths and also top in the list and caused nearly 1.4 million deaths.HIV/AIDS is no longer among the world’s top 10 causes of death, having killed 1.1 million.

One thing that is too common nowadays is road injuries around 1.3 million people are killed in a road accident and 74% of them are men and boys.

High-income countries have systems to collect these kinds of data but low-income countries don’t have any such facility to collect these kinds of data and the numbers of deaths from special causes have to be taken into account from incomplete data.

There is need to control these kinds of disease that help in reducing the deaths and lowering the disease that causes many died in the past 15 years.There is a too immediate need of controlling these disease that is a severe problem now a days.
