Have you ever sat on the sofa and convincing how to motivate yourself to workout and make yourself more fit and healthier. It can go on hours and no end, and then by the time you’re almost motivated enough, you’ve probably frittered away enough time that you’ve got things to do.There is one person who can motivate yourself to workout is only you.You are the only one who can change yourself. You can do it.
HOW TO MOTIVATE YOURSELF TO WORKOUT

Set a goal for yourself.
This can be at any point — it doesn’t have to be your end goal! Let’s say you want to do workout session twice a week, then set a goal for doing it off 2 times a week that’s so simple. Then you can reward yourself after! If you want to run 10 miles (16 km) a week, have that be your goal. Even the smaller goals help in bringing you in making it more achievable and attaining a healthy body.
Don’t be so hard on yourself.
You are not lazy — this stuff is just hard. A person that runs 5 miles (8.0 km) a day doesn’t get that the energy they exert is a lot less than the energy someone uses that hasn’t worked out in years. So don’t label yourself — you’re just starting out, that’s all, just simply motivate to workout.

Eat healthily
In addition to eating healthily, eat breakfast! Not only will it energize you for the entire day, but it’ll help you maintain a healthy weight and stay strong. Oh, and chug the water, too!
Read magazines, blogs, and success stories.
Even though you may have thought that you would turn green with envy, then you would be surprised by reading up on any topic in hand which may be the only motivation you require for. This helps in keeping your mind in a working mode and shows you only how will you be able to do this. What’s more, you’ll learn from what you read, resulting in you being more knowledgeable and resourceful.

Surround yourself with motivating people
The world is full of people that want you to fail. Most of the people are insecure, unhappy, etc. Avoid them. You know who they are. Then they will make this procedure too much hard to be accomplished in time. They’re not worth it.
Make it enjoyable
When a person gives you a book on something then you have no interest in reading the same, you will start glancing its front cover, the back cover, might flip off the pages, etc. Therefore, if you hand over your body and mind in an equal workout, then you don’t have to expect anything in a different manner. Do something that you enjoy, will stick to, and want to see through to the end.
Get a buddy
This is similar to the “make yourself accountable” step. The time when you will have another person depending on you, the guilt of letting down that person forces you to do that what you have promised to do. And since you definitely know at least one person that works out, too, this is an easy resource to tap into the gym.
